Returns

We want you to love your Plushaby product, which is why we offer a 30-Day Free Trial. However, for a refund to the original payment method, products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. After the 14-day period, returns will only be eligible for store credit up to 30 days from the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at plushaby.info@gmail.com with your order number. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving the product. Refunds may take up to 10 days to reflect, depending on your provider.

Exchanges

We offer hassle-free exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To start the exchange process, email plushaby.info@gmail.com with your order number and exchange details.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via the Contact Page or at plushaby.info@gmail.com with your order number, full name, and clear photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and provide further instructions.

Delivery Issues

Plushaby is not liable for parcels sent to incorrect addresses or requested to be left in unsecure locations. If your order has not arrived within 20 working days of dispatch (25 working days for international orders), please contact us at plushaby.info@gmail.com. Once the timeframe has expired, we will arrange a replacement.

Customs & Duties

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or import fees incurred upon delivery. For detailed information, please refer to your local government’s customs policies.
